When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. When you use skejool, we store scheduling data including operator names, phone numbers, email addresses, employee IDs, route assignments, vehicle information, and device identifiers that you enter into the system.
We use your information solely to provide the skejool scheduling service. This includes generating schedules, managing operator assignments, sending notifications you configure, producing reports, and maintaining audit trails. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted by our infrastructure providers. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Each organization's data is logically isolated and cannot be accessed by other organizations. We maintain audit logs of all data access and modifications.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 7 days, except where retention is required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@skejool.com. If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to restrict processing.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
