skejool is an operator scheduling platform for transit and logistics operations. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use skejool only for lawful scheduling and operational purposes. You may not attempt to access other organizations' data, reverse engineer the service, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into skejool. We do not claim any rights to your scheduling data, operator information, or reports. You may export or delete your data at any time.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify you of planned maintenance in advance when possible. skejool is provided as-is during the beta period.

6. Limitation of Liability

skejool is a scheduling tool and does not replace professional judgment in dispatch decisions. We are not liable for operational outcomes resulting from scheduling decisions made using the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 7 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
